As part of K. Bradford’s Artist in Residency with FCCW, they are offering a series of workshops and interactive, creative laboratory experiments drawing upon some of the storytelling, sculptural, and mythic elements of their performance work, Wild Glitch. Join us for a collective making space inspired by the worlds of futuristic trancestor, Glitch.

With sculptural headpieces in progress for Wild Glitch as an example, we will dive into a scrappy, playful creation process to sketch out hybrid creatures and create paper mache headpiece and mask experiments. Drawing upon biodiversity, technology, and cultural iconography, participants will be invited to map out a hybrid creature or character with capacities to offer mutual aid, survival, and expansive possibility. No previous experience or skills necessary!
